Articulating directions for human rights and peace in Ukraine

The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights convened a high-level meeting on shifting from a transactional to a people-centred approach to peace in Ukraine, with human rights at the centre.

We worked with the Commissioner to conceptualise the meeting and prepared a chair’s report which distilled five key directions for human rights and peace in Ukraine.
